Midweek Prayer – Seek Forgiveness

Today’s midweek prayer is to humble ourselves and seek forgiveness from the Heavenly Father and His Son. Yesterday has passed. Today is a new day.

“ Dear Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus Christ,

Thank You for being there when I needed You.

If I have ever doubted You, forgive me.

If I have ever trusted the enemy’s sweet talk and did not follow Your commands, forgive me.

If I have ever lusted for someone, forgive me.

If I have ever walked by sight and not by faith, forgive me.

If I have ever let pride into my heart and exalted myself above others, forgive me.

If I have ever lied and let unwholesome talk come out of my mouth, forgive me.

If I have ever resented someone, forgive me.

Help me humble myself and increase my faith in You.

Thank you, Lord.
