See, I Have Told You Ahead Of Time

“Then the Lord said to me, “Take again the equipment of a foolish shepherd. For I am going to raise up a shepherd over the land who will not care for the lost, or seek the young, or heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the choice sheep, tearing off their hooves. Woe to the worthless shepherd, who deserts the flock! May the sword strike his arm and his right eye! May his arm be completely withered, his right eye totally blinded!” Zechariah 11:15-17 (NIV)

I used Zechariah 11:15-17 to alert us about the real enemy, the prince of this world in the Daily Cross, “The Eye from The Lord of The Rings“. This one-eyed monster (sound familiar in kid’s movies?) has many followers who show their allegiance daily. Most of you won’t hear about this in your church. Christians don’t like to hear about this enemy for many reasons and that is exactly what he wants. If you do not believe the enemy even exists in your life, the battle has already been won by him.

For reference, the one-eyed enemy cannot be in multiple places at the same time, but our Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ can. Therefore, the enemy has tons of minions doing his bidding everywhere. We need to be aware that our real battle is against the principality of this world and not be afraid.

Today, I would like to talk about one of the biggest minions, AI.

Many people are excited about AI. AI is smart but soulles. From my observation of AI, AI is part of the “I am Christ” movement. This is also an indication that the time is short and the return of our Lord is soon. My friends have shown me some pictures of the face of Jesus (not our Lord) created by AI. When one looks at these pictures from a distance, one can see the face the secular world claims as our Lord Jesus Christ. If you look closer, these pictures have cut limbs of hands and legs, unnatural humans and unrecognized faces of demons.

AI can create things that look real but are not real. For example, with a simple picture of yours, AI can create an avatar just like you that can speak and act like a real person. People can also use AI to create artwork, writings, scripts, data analysis, accounting, programs, and videos. AI will soon eliminate at least 50% of jobs. This statement is from the industry leaders and supporters of AI and they are excited because AI will bring even more profits for large corporations.

AI is also power-hungry. Setting up a big data center with AI servers will use up the electricity of one big city or equivalent to a small state. I believe many cities, states, and provinces will need to make tough decisions soon, such as whether to give electricity to AI processing or to the people. Let’s not forget the green technology EV cars, which also require lots of electricity to charge. Not much electricity will be left during the cold winter or hot summer.

What does all this mean?

It is up to you to discern it yourself as a disciple of Christ. I can only provide some insights from my research which I think are important for discipleship. The Bible mentions Wisdom over 200 times. Wisdom is very different from book knowledge or what some call book smart.

Why do I think this is important?

“At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you ahead of time. “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.” Matthew 24:23-27 (NIV)

I’m only repeating what our Lord Jesus Christ said:

“See, I have told you ahead of time.”
